NOW…
What I thought I was suppose to be a smooth transaction has became a big fuss. The lady Francis said we could make an exchange easily, no cost, no fees, no nothing since it’s their fault. Now they’re charging us for gas and giving us such a hard time. I can’t believe this. We’re suppose to be going to the beach. Well, thanks a lot enterprise you messed that up.

This took place about an hour ago…
You mean to tell me Enterprise rent a car has the best customer service? The first day we came to Orlando to get our rental the guy Leland who pulled up our info was a smart a.. He was horrible.
Now we’re having car trouble with our rental in Miami. It took us about 3 Enterprise employees from different locations and an 800 number to finally get help. Thanks to Francis. Enterprise has single handedly messed up this family vacation.

Thank God for saving me from my sins, but not the consequences.

My Dad’s biggest problem is that he procrastinates. Not just that… He blames others for his procrastination. By no means am I perfect and I procrastinate as well. But I’ve lived with him for over 18 years. I know him.

Haven’t poured my emotions on here in awhile.
